Madison World’s new events and field marketing unit launched
Madison World has just announced the launch of its experiential unit – Turnt. The unit that will focus on events, activations, exhibitions and field marketing will be headed by Sunny Vohra. Vohra joined the agency seven months ago from GroupM. Turnt has offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru. The unit aims to provide 360 degree integrated plans with strategic and research based insights to effectively bring together brands and their target audience. According to a statement from the agency, Turnt is a newly coined word that emerged in the US, used by the millennials to describe the feeling when someone is excessively excited or is high on life. Sam Balsara, chairman and managing director, Madison World, said, “I am delighted that under the leadership of Sunny Vohra, Madison Turnt has got off to a great start. More and more clients are discovering the power of experiential marketing, so our timing for the launch of Turnt is most appropriate.”
